  1. The entire COVID ontology has Tooltip with disrupted terms (?due to restricted length of characters) - like "laborator.....aboratory Tests"
  2. Codes missing/mismatch in Tooltip in
  • ACT COVID-19\Course of Illness\Illness severity\Severe Illness\Severe Diagnosis and Procedures\Mechanical ventilation - Ventilation Diagnosis(parent) & Z99.1 Dependence on respirator(child) – has the same code Z99.1 in the Tooltip.
  1. There is no U09.9 Post COVID-19 condition, unspecified OR post-acute COVID-19 syndrome. Instead PASC (Derived) with Local code present.
