Revert release of `dbt_utils-0.9.4` with breaking changes that were meant for 1.0.0.

dbt_utils-0.9.4 was recently released with breaking changes that were only meant to be introduced in 1.0.0.
@joellabes rightfully reverted the latest version of dbt_utils back to 0.9.2, however, an hour after @drewbanin reverted the revert which re-introduced the breaking changes.

Please change the latest version of dbt_utils to be 0.9.2 again.

Drew is innocent! It's just his GitHub token that a bot uses.

I forgot to delete the offending releases from GitHub. I have just done that and reverted this PR 🥲
