New package releases are not updated on Package Hub

In the past, new releases of packages were updated on https://hub.getdbt.com/ within an hour. We released a new version of dbt-date on Thursday (11/17) but as of today (Saturday 11/19) the release is not yet available on dbt Hub.
Hey @clausherther - I just noticed the same thing! I'll raise some flags internally and see if we can get down to the bottom of whats going on.

This is fixed now and dbt-date 0.7.0 is available on the Hub:
You are indeed correct that updates are designed to happen once each hour, and there was an issue that was preventing new versions from publishing.
The underlying cause was the script not being able to handle any empty packages.yml.
