Create another way of spreading the templates and fetching them

Spreading the templates via one single tarball looks like a bad idea. Would be nice if there will be one JSON file with the list of available templates in Github. The workflow would be following:

Load JSON registry file from the main trurl repo;
Load all the templates registered in the JSON-file.
