Row / Bar Chart widths and heights in bootstrap 5.1.1

On a RowChart or BarChart, the rows / bars were all rendering to the same width/height.

I was using react-bootstrap which is using bootstrap 5.1.1.

I changed the bootstrap to version 4.6.0 and the rows/bars rendered correctly.

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but, I'll thought I'd post this here if anyone comes looking for the same problem.
