Better interaction with turbo cache plugins

Hello,
Thanks for your plugin. It does good work providing suitable regular content but has a terrible side effect when uncontrolled:
used along with (in this particular case) W3 Total Cache in full-WPO-paranoid (this is cache flush manually after any change on the site) ends in a problem with the delivered pages, since Lifestream goes and goes following the configuration (and this is why I use it, so its GOOD) but your work would be near perfect if the refresh of the streams triggered the cache flush immediatly, just like YOAST SEO Plugin does (any change to config flushes the cache and your site goes and goes seemlessly, at present moment I have to login and manually flush every now and then if I want security on what's delivered to user agents.
If you want to observe the case, now is recently flushed, it may go messed up (looks like no CSS) anytime tomorrow- http://www.seofreelance.es I know (and actually use) other options on different projects, but I'd like this particular one to run as is. Thanks for reading!
