Better handling of work abbreviations

Works seem to be italicized, so we should use a separate abbreviation index for them (since some overlap with the other abbreviations) and expand them appropriately, see e.g. https://dcthree.github.io/woodhouse/#prevent

"Soph." should just be "Sophocles" and "Phil." should be "Philoctetes" (may have to punt and retain "Sophocles' Philoctetes or Plato's Philebus").
