A notice when content is truncated for export would be polite

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export to Excel
2. Find your contents truncated without notice
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A notice informing the user that not all of the content was exported.
What version of Google Refine are you using?

In reporting issue #351 (error exporting >256 columns), I noticed a patch for a
similar defect in issue #122 (error exporting large cell contents) does not
notify the user when the export functions truncate data. I expect a similar
patch would be created for issue #351.
It would be polite to inform the user that not all data was exported. Even
nicer would be to suggest why (>256 columns, or 32k byte limit in cells) so the
user could work around the limitation.
