Problem on MacOs with base64 option

Hi,

I've tried a
ddev get ddev/ddev-platformsh

And got on Macos
base64: illegal option -- w

That stops the installation.

Could you help me ?

Sorry @apsylone I just realized I never created a release for that fix. Could you please update with ddev get ddev/ddev-platformsh and see if you've got the problem solved?
