Haha I know many people had the idea already and it is work and so on...
But maybe this issue helps motivating some pro dev.
Many people have problems converting their demos to video files to create content for youtube.
Also many people share their teeworlds moments in demo file format and nobody watches it because it takes so much time to load the demo and launch a client. A web tool for sharing demos as watchable links or upload demos to quickwatch them and convert them to video files would be so awesome.

Easiest way would be to take the web.ddnet.tw, make it accept a demo file and auto play it.
