let's package rm2fb for toltec.

things to do:

  • add library files
  • add binaries for client/server runners
  • add service file for rm2fb server
  • add LD_PRELOAD to launchers' service files
  • add LD_PRELOAD to xochitl service file

this is mostly done, just needs testing + acceptance into toltec. will track progress in that PR
