Web Server Module

Addition of a module that will serve the Intersect session directories as a webserver on the user-specified 'bind port'
Running the module will generate an index.html file that will have links for download/uploading files to the target system, links to execute each loaded Intersect module and a directory tree for browsing the file system.

This module will be served over SSL only and require user authentication to access the index page and features. This is to avoid any illicit use by malicious users or otherwise.
