scraped times in the future are getting stored in the database. 💩

running issue-11.sh script and redirecting to issue-11.out to track which trains are the culprit with this problem, but so far it looks like UP-W_UW66_V1, UP-W_UW67_V1, and UP-W_UW71_V1.
