bug: Managed Route only works for the fist rule

Bug Report

ZeroUI version:

v1.5.0

Managed Route only works for the first rule. Same as #96.
Any keyword we can investigate this?

False alarm.

Turns out that I forgot to enable "Allow Global IP" while my second rule is a public IP range.
