Microsoft Store submission change request: Icon Inaccurate Representation

Closed this issue · 2 comments

App Policies: 10.1.1 Inaccurate Representation - Icon
Notes To Developer
The available product tile icons include a default image. Tile icons must uniquely represent product so users associate icons with the appropriate products and do not confuse one product for another. For information about tiles see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/controls-and-patterns/tiles-and-notifications-app-assets, or for 3D icons for Mixed Reality products, see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/mixed-reality/3d-app-launcher-design-guidance.

Please Note
Your current certification results might differ from earlier submissions because Microsoft Store policy requirements can change over time. When policies change, we might re-test according to the new requirements regardless of the submission type. Please always rely on your most recent certification results.

After managing to install the Appx locally, comparing the store application to the one the foundation distributes, I can confirm the missing icon:
ApplicationFrameHost_9PpotsBEUw

Also when running the auto-validation on the Appx using the Windows SDK, this error may be connected:
