This describes a possible minimal feature set for PE from the perspective of OID4VC.

Discussed on today's call:

  1. might help to get precise on $ref limitations in common libraries, etc to minimize DDoS surface of huge JSON Schemas
  2. will in upcoming meetings to a careful diff of example schema in appendix B above against examples in the repo
  3. add optional tests or new vectors to the test suite ?
