Improve accessibility of Universal Resolver/Registrar frontends

The Accessibility Foundation in the Netherlands has conducted an accessibility evaluation of the Universal Resolver and Universal Registrar frontends (see attached). We should incorporate the feedback into the frontend UI to try to be WCAG compliant.

Actually it seems to be mixing up the universal-resolver-frontend project (this one) with https://github.com/decentralized-identity/universal-registrar-frontend/. I have asked them to fix that and evaluate the two frontends separately, if possible. Nevertheless, I am attaching their initial report:
