Consider getting rid of "private" in "private passphrase"

This "private" part of "private passphrase" adds more confusion than is useful IMO:
- there is no corresponding "public passphrase"
- it makes text in UI longer - which is almost always a bad thing (users don't like to read text, if they can), and the actual precise meaning of "private key passphrase" is even longer

If "private passphrase" is not established terminology I agree it's better to just say "passphrase".
