Describe GML export limitations in documentation

Fixing GML geometries with PR #1548 does not ensure:

  • that a GML 3.1 geometry are exported as GML 3.2 correctly and vice versa
  • that GML 3.1.1. and 3.2.2 are supported completely

This limitations should be described in the deegree documentation.
