Need help on jsmpp library

Hi ,
Please can anyone help me to know how I can use jsmpp library in my project.
I need to develop application that will work as SMPP server. This application 
will received SMPP request from multiple smpp clients and will convert these 
request to SOAP request and will forward to other node for further processing.

This application will not connect or bind with SMSC, itself it works as SMSC to 
receive smpp request from multiple clients.

So please help me to know how I can use jsmpp library to develop this 
application.
