Release the jsmpp library as OSGI bundle, so that we can use it in OSGI
environments like Apache Karaf and Apache ServiceMix without the need to
bundle/wrap it.

I will submit a patch for that (as I did the jsmpp OSGi bundle at ServiceMix).
