rtsptoWebrtc vs rtsptoWeb, requirements ?

Great work!

I have 4 ip cameras with rtsp.
Now I searching for a software to share they on my Webbrowser.

I only need share the live screen.. it would be nice if it is possible to include audio, but it's not so important...

The Important part, is the requirements
I use a odroid c2. Which has only 2gb ram. So it would be really important, that the software doesn't need so much resources

I split the work fir 2 devices.

Device 1:
Odroid c2, my server. I would use the software on it.

Device 2:
Tablet which has 8gb ram
It shows the live video
Which one is the better solution?
