Add Playground/Console Documentation. This has been in progress for a couple of weeks, I'm just not super familiar with ELM (the language used for the backend) so the progress is slow.

Why is this change important to you? How would you use it? How can it benefit other users?

Not obligatory, but suggest an idea for implementing addition or change
