Proposed changes
Implement GoDocs for the Project. This should happen automatically provided the documentation in go code is worked on. This is a place holder to make sure anything missing is implemented in the next release.

First run at this is done, but there are a number of issues that need to be improved in the GoDocs. Follow up issue created for enhancements in order to mark this as done.
