Demo Sync Doesn't Delete Obsolete Directories

An error occurred from the GCloud to NFS sync for benchmark data where directories deleted in the Benchmark bucket were not deleted on the Demo NFS mount. The caused errors, since the run-ids searched are directory names.
- This is a know issue with gsutils GoogleCloudPlatform/gsutil#510
- Add a way to delete empty directories that are left behind by
gsutils rsync -d
