Wifi Card isn't working

I have the same Lenovo BCM Card and BIOS 4.0. I cant turn wifi on at all. Bluetooth works fine. Any suggestions?

Couple questions: I don't know if I'm using the Lenovo card, I've switched to the Dell 1560. Are you sure you're using that?

Also, did you follow the rehabman guide for installing the necessary kexts to use a native apple WiFi card?

Lastly, do you have any other wifi on board? Having another wifi card will cause issues with your setup.
