Can I use hicDifferentialTAD to analyze the TAD differences among three samples?

Hello, I have tried using hicDifferentialTAD to identify TAD differences pairwise among three samples. However, I've found it challenging to further analyze these results to distinguish sample-specific TADs or identify TADs common to multiple samples since the TADs file I got is the pairwise results.
Could you give me any suggestions？Thank you！
