After going through the list of current deferred projects a few key takeaways:
- We should probably wait for more stability in the Pepr API
- Seems adoption is a mixed bag as far as how much it weighs on approval, but wouldnt hurt to wait
- Another using org would be really good for the submission
Will keep this issue pinned and wait for a bit to focus on it again.
