Sencha Cmd: Disable SASS Compilation During Build

DeftJS does not provide any SASS resources so the Sencha Cmd default to compile SASS is not required and is a bit messy.

  • disable SASS compilation during sencha package build
  • remove packages/deft/sass if possible (currently doing so causes an exception)
