Hi there,

Would it be possible to provide support for listing the gist IDs in their own column please?

For example, instead of, or alongside, the URL -

gist -l defunkt
cda3a6a1d039398f09ee gistfile1.rb
9077942
4283721 pjax helpers for different frameworks
4256043 namespace.coffee
...

In terms of a use case, this would be handy when subsequently copying/pasting the ID as I often want to read the gist after listing.
