Base functionality:
- Base rollup functionality
- Using babel for transpilation
- Ability to turn off feature in development mode vs export mode
- integrate with Skeletor Wizard for base configs (babel)
- experimentalCodeSplitting?
Future improvements:
- include option for nomodules (transpiling to iife)
- have default entry and dist directory for all bundles, so you don't have to define individually
