Proper Creative Commons attribution of cards

The EoP cards are distributed, but not attributed correctly. These images are licensed under CC-BY-3.0. A link to the license and to the author should maybe be added

On the board, we should add the following on the bottom right:

And one should also extend the sentence in readme.md that the game was invented by Microsoft with the info that the card game is CC-BY-3.0 licensed.
