https://deis.com/docs/workflow/roadmap/releases/#step-6-assemble-master-changelog still requires manually copy/paste of non-component repo changelogs (workflow, workflow-cli, workflow-e2e). It would be preferable if the existing deisrel global changelog could just do it all...
