Primarily to explain on how e2e-runner coordinates the entire e2e run against a workflow chart, including coordinating the leasing of the gke k8s cluster, setting up helmc (including perhaps using a different remote repo/branch,etc.), installing charts, monitoring to see when charts are ready to go, following and capturing chart logs and placing them where Jenkins/others can find them, and cleaning up the leased cluster.
