Editing one glyph changes each other glyph

Editing one glyph with FontForge changes each other glyph. This bug is reproducible by editing one glyph, and compare the diff between the file before and after the changes.
Try not editing a glyph. Just open the source file, save, and close. The sources might be in an older format that what you are saving, and saving might update it. If that's the case make sure you save a commit that is the round-trip open-save-close with no changes first, then your actual work commits after that. That way anybody can compare whether the rewrite is appropriate or not separately from your work.

PR #369 updates the format.
