Add Hebrew letters to the serif font

Please add Hebrew characters to DejaVu Serif.
Most of the serif fonts use Frank Ruhl font as the base for the Hebrew letters.
There are libre fonts with the glyphs of Frank Ruhl glyphs, such as Libertinus, Frank Ruhl Libre, Frank Ruhl of the Culmus project (with a libre extended version, but with medium and bold weights only), Liberation Serif.

Unfortunately it seems nobody is maintaining these fonts any more, so we may all be waiting a long time for the improvements we would like to see.
