Retrieve multiple with includeFormattedValues only includes the formatted values on the first retrieve

Description
When calling a retrieve multiple request while including the formatted values, the formatted values header is only included in the first request. On the next requests (which are internally using the nextLink tag) the header is not included.

When including formatted values in a request, this should apply to all the requests and not only the first one.
