[BUG]: Missing operator migration page and invalid YAML file version in CSM Docs

Bug Description
CSM Docs version v3 does not have operator migration. Additionally in version docs and v2, the version of YAML files in CR sample files for CSM operator is incorrect.

Open the webpage for operator migration.
Expected Behavior
The YAML files version must be correct, and the operator migration page must be available for v3.
