Bug Description
same problem like #258. Seems all 1.10.1 containers are affected
Logs
archive/tar: invalid tar header: unknown
Steps to Reproduce
ctr image pull docker.io/dellemc/csm-authorization-role:v1.10.1
Expected Behavior
container starts
CSM Driver(s)
dellemc/csm-authorization-role:v1.10.1 and other 1.10.1 containers part of operator
Container Orchestrator
containerd 1.6.8 and 1.6.20
