Ambiguity of modifier attachment in causatives

As outlined in the Jacy book, section 5.5 of chapter 5, a sentence such as 紀子が勝に学校で走らせた is ambiguous in the attachment of the modifier --- _de_p can either be predicated of _hashiru_v or _saseru_v_cause. We state in 5.5 that this should be handled by having alternate entries for the causative which propagate the verb's INDEX/LTOP rather than the label and ARG0 of _saseru_v_cause, but so far the grammar does not yet do this.
