2.0.9 install error

With Haxe 2.10 and Haxelib 1.03:
$ haxelib install nape
Downloading nape-2,0,9.zip...
Download complete : 642646 bytes in 9.2s (67.4KB/s)
haxelib.xml not found in package
haxelib install nape 2.0.8 works fine. The weird thing is that zip does seem to have a haxelib.xml when downloaded manually from http://lib.haxe.org/legacy/p/nape. Maybe it's downloading from the new haxelib site?

Should have been resolved a while back, certailny for haxe 3. closing.
