Enhance font with characters for basic graphic elements

The font currently doesn't use any extended characters (ascii 128-255) so could be enhanced by adding support for some graphical elements (blocks, partial blocks, lines, etc) in that range to allow for better on screen drawing of things like waveforms, meters, etc.
