Add sending build notifications to discord

With #97 we have CI builds of the firmware, so it would be nice to add notifications to be sent to for example beta-tester channel on discord to notify people when new beta builds are available for testing.
The GitHun action that could be used is: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/actions-for-discord
