Bug arbitrage transactions v2.2.3a5

1 - Start an application or find on the pull.
2 - Go to Arbitration.
3 - Add the trusted arbitrator.
4 - Go to My account.
5 - make a transfer with arbitration (checkbox appears after adding the referees).
6 - Go to Check the accuracy of the data click Add arbitrator.
Result: Arbitrators can add four (although according to the rules of their wiki can be five - the phrase "up to five" I understand), but only two specified trusted. And it is not specified who is who of the four. Also, the commission is zero at all, although I am in the commission table for arbitrators pointed out.
Further, the transaction was successful, but not one of the trusted arbitrator is not affected. No notifications, requests, etc. they did not come.

1 - Запустить приложение или найти на пулл.
2 - Перейти в Arbitration.
3 - Добавить доверенных арбитров.
4 - Перейти в My account.
5 - Совершить перевод с арбитражем (после добавления арбитров появляется чекбокс).
6 - Перейдя на страницу Check the accuracy of the data нажать Add arbitrator.
Результат: Арбитров можно добавить четыре (хотя по правилам wiki их может быть пять - фразу "до пяти" я так понял), но в доверенных указано только два. И не указано, кто есть кто из этих четырёх. Также комиссия нулевая у всех, хотя я в таблице комиссий для арбитров указывал.
Далее транзакция прошла успешно, но ни одного из доверенных арбитров это не затронуло. Никаких уведомлений, запросов и т.д. им не приходило.
