Is it possible to do code folding using mouse?

Just like the code folding function on code, Sublime displays a down-arrow on the side and mouse click results code folding.
Is it possible to do that?

I've been wondering about this as well. The arrow is a useful indicator -- if you're looking at that side of the text -- that there's folded content (the arrow points right rather than down).

I would also like to fold / unfold with the arrow.
Right now it does work for unfolding, but not for folding (it just doesn't appear).
