Enable sandboxing in preparation of releasing a compiled version of app

Although not required to release a compiled version of the app, BuildSettingExtractor does access the network or need most entitlements except for read/write access to user selected files and directories and world-readable directories.

So, will enable sandboxing for BulidSettingExtractor.
