It will be better to put the focal plane in front of the camera (negative z axis) to get more comprehensive visualization.

Maybe it depends on what coordinate convention your camera model is using? For example, +z direction is forward in OpenCV/COLMAP camera, which corresponds to the convention used in this code...?

thanks for your suggestion.
let me consider it as a feature for the future.
And, I think, to comprehensively visualize focal plane, it would better that we know the size of a physical photosensitive element of the sensor with respect to a pixel (m/pixel or pixel/m)

Btw, I'm so busy with work these days that I can't find the time to update this repository. If you contribute with the feature you requested, It will be fantastic!!!
