Sankey Chart in Power BI

I have been trying to modify the Sankey Chart made by @davidebacci:

The template he has shared is beautiful. However, all of the values have been manually placed into the visualization template.
How can I modify the code to use my Power BI dataset :

Please can you close and ask on Stack Overflow. The Sankey was updated this week to show how to take values from the dataset so check you have the latest file with two report pages in.
