Games with `nil` release date need chance to be updated

Games with a nil release date are not the biggest problem, but it would be good to create a function that loops through and finds games with nil release date (perhaps there is a sort parameter the Steam URL that will put those first?)

There can be a separate Lambda that can run through periodically to see if any of the ones with nil release date have been updated, perhaps less frequently than the base scraper.
