Support for BroadLink Universal Remote

I got hold on a BroadLink Universal Remote device; the task would be to add AdVent support for it.

Library selected: https://github.com/mjg59/python-broadlink. Proof-of-concept tests OK.

Added as -t broadlink. BroadLink autodetect is supported. A new option -d specifies a path to TV control codes to be sent by BroadLink.
